Eilidh MacNicol

Postdoctoral Research Associate, King's College London

Research data scientist who develops rigorous, reproducible analysis approaches to observe brain changes over time that are accessible to everyone.

Research

Applications

Pharmacological challenges, healthy ageing, disease models, drug discovery endpoints.
Brain changes can be subtle, so reliable detection requires methods you can trust. Each project deserves a bespoke approach for the questions at hand.

Methods & Pipelines

Analysis pipelines in research are rarely well-documented where it matters. I build and contribute to open-source tools to make rigorous analysis more accessible and trustworthy. The goal is lowering barriers to entry for science everyone can build on.
